Pressure cooker quinoa breakfast

Quick breakfast that cooks in a minute!

Quinoa is a grain that cooks quickly even without a pressure cooker. Normally one would eat it along savoury dishes but mixing it up for breakfast is a different alternative.


You could add a splash of almond/cashew milk if you like to eat it more like oatmeal



  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts
  • Bananas
  • Blueberries



  • Add quinoa into pressure cooker with water and salt
  • Cook in pressure cooker for 1 minute and quick release when done
  • Add fruits on top to enjoy as a breakfast
